Triggering a Climate Change Dominated “Anthropocene”: Is It Common among Exocivilizations?

چکیده
We seek to model the coupled evolution of a planet and civilization through era when energy harvesting by drives into new adverse climate states. In this way we ask if triggering "anthropocenes" kind humanity is experiencing now might be generic feature planet-civilization evolution. study focus on effects via combustion vary planet's initial atmospheric chemistry orbital radius. our model, increases civilization's population growth rate while also, eventually, leading degradation planetary state (relative habitability.) also assume existence Complex Life Habitable Zone in which very high levels $CO_2$ are detrimental multi-cellular animal life such as those creating technological civilizations. Our models show that truncated feedback (a "climate dominated anthropocene") for significant region parameter space.

Climate change is catchy--but when will it really hurt?
Concern and general awareness about the impacts of climate change in all sectors of the social-ecological-economic system is growing as a result of improved climate science products and information, as well as increased media coverage of the apparent manifestations of the phenomenon in our society. However, scales of climate variability and change, in space and time, are often confused and so a...
متن کاملAbrupt climate change in the computer: is it real?
Models suggest that dramatic changes in the ocean circulation are responsible for abrupt climate changes during the last ice age and may possibly alter the relative climate stability of the last 10,000 years.
متن کاملA common-sense climate index: is climate changing noticeably?
We propose an index of climate change based on practical climate indicators such as heating degree days and the frequency of intense precipitation. We find that in most regions the index is positive, the sense predicted to accompany global warming. In a few regions, especially in Asia and western North America, the index indicates that climate change should be apparent already, but in most plac...
متن کاملVery low HbA1C, is it a problem?
Dear Editor An important problem to manage diabetes mellitus is controlling the patients` blood glucose. Fluctuation of blood glucose results in molecular biochemistry change and can result in unwanted diabetic complications (1). In clinical practice, hemoglobin A1C (HbA1C) is a common useful laboratory test to follow-up patients with diabetes (2). Sometimes, an unexpecte...
